No. SeatSaver is an analysis and reporting product. It provides recommendations, while your team keeps full control of every license decision.
What Microsoft permissions are required?+
SeatSaver uses LicenseAssignment.Read.All and Reports.Read.All application permissions plus User.Read for sign-in. The requested permissions are read-only.
What data is stored?+
SeatSaver stores tenant configuration, billing state, and aggregate scan totals. Account-level review candidates remain in the active browser response and are not stored in scan history or sent by email.
How accurate are the savings estimates?+
Estimates use the blended monthly seat cost you provide. Microsoft Graph does not expose your contracted pricing, so your team should confirm billing terms before reducing inventory.
Can we cancel at any time?+
Yes. The subscription is month-to-month and can be managed from the Stripe customer portal inside SeatSaver.
What does the free trial show?+
The trial shows how many accounts need review and the estimated opportunity. Account names, email addresses, assigned products, and activity details unlock with an active subscription.
